My current contract with FIU ends on Friday. I currently have three companies I have sent my cover letter & resume: Human Kinetics (Champaign), coursera (remote), and Trinity College of Florida (Christian college) by order of preference. So unless other job opportunities show up, this is it for this week. Please pray with me to our God to open or close the doors for these three companies. I continue to put my faith and trust in Him as I listen to and watch for the next step He wants me to take. Thanks all.

My friend Amanda, is taking a month and a half to support her dying aunt Nhen Suy who lives in California. Pray for peace for her aunt, who weighs only 87 lbs. Grace for Amanda, and support for Amanda's family here in Illinois. Also, pray Nhen Suy will gain weight, so she can continue her chemotherapy. Pray that the chemo and radiation treatment will shrink the tumors, so the doctor can cut the blood supply to the tumors. They can't removed it because it is very big."

Please pray for protection and healing for the Black community across the country as they continue to deal with new deaths of their friends and family by police nearly every day. Please pray for radical change so deaths and harm caused by police no longer happen.

My brother in Colorado has a friend, Barbara Rice, in her 80's who lost her husband recently to pneumonia complications, and also lost her son in November to Covid-19. She is mourning both losses, and would appreciate prayers for comfort and support.

We appreciate all the prayers for our grandson Jack. His surgery went very well and he is able to take in more nourishment than he was before the surgery. We are praying that he will continue to gain weight as a result. He was able to return to school last week for the first time in a year.

So thankful for your prayers! It was especially moving to me personally to be able to pray with those at last night's Wednesday night prayer gathering during my uncle's surgery. The surgery was 5 hours. It sounds like everything was best case scenario. The doctors feel they were able to remove all of the mass on his brain. My uncle will have minor vision issues but they should only be temporary.

Please pray for Steve & Nancy, my aunt and uncle. My uncle started having symptoms this past Saturday. Tests show he has a brain mass that will be removed on Wednesday. Because of where the mass is in his brain, there is a chance he could lose some functions on his left side. Please pray the surgery goes well. This is a lot to cope with. Please pray for strength and peace.
