The beginning of a new year is a great time to consider the "fresh start" opportunities God gives us! This involves both looking back and looking forward. When we look back at the work God has already done in our life, we're encouraged to renew our focus on him - to make the new year a "fresh start" in our relationship with Christ. When we look forward to what God desires for our life in the coming year, we're challenged to potentially adapt new perspectives and practices - to commit to a "fresh start" in how we go abut following Jesus.
