“Conflict is part of everyone’s life and we can grow personally, our church can grow corporately, and our ministry can be more effective as we glorify God in conflict.” This 8 week adult class will use this curriculum which has been developed over a number of years by Ken Sande. It has helped take people "beyond resolving conflicts to true, life-changing reconciliation with family, coworkers and fellow believers." Everyone is encouraged to attend and learn skills to resolve personal conflicts in spiritually healthy ways. This class is not about resolving any specific conflict but is about developing personal skills to resolve conflict in constructive ways in families, marriages, workplaces, classrooms, dorms rooms, and at TCBC too. To have this skill will be an incredible blessing to you as you apply it in your personal life and a blessing to those who know you. Another session will also be offered at a time to be announced to allow those who serve regularly on Sunday morning the opportunity to take this important class.
